yes, i've ran out of ideas on what title to put...
lazy to think...so there you go, lolz~
this whole week of exams has definitely taken its toll on me..
i'm tired, not just mentally but physically.
still just a little more...bear with it just a little more..
and i'd be able to go HOME, HOME! How i miss my family dearest and the things, places & people i love in batu pahat!
on a happy note, I'm going to putrajaya tomorrow~teh san's mom will be coming to pick me up. it's so very nice of her...and i'm happy to have a friend like her. it'd be a welcome break from the monotony of campus life~which is becoming quite a bore since it's exam week.
japanese and edu tech nxt week~gambate!! =)

Study Week
Finally~my assignments are all done!!! ^-^
the last few days has been filled with quite a lot of pressure~
been rushing to finish my final literature assignment~a literature review actually~
i kinda suck at doing reviews because...first of all i don't read that much of literature reviews anyway~hahaha...
But for the sake of this assignment i took a 'crash course' at the New York Times~
they have pretty good lit reviews over there, that's why.
anyway, it's hard to describe that exhilarating feeling once you're done with all your assignments...
it's like lifting a huge burden off your shoulders...a huge relief. =)
assignments all done, the rest of my potential A++ will have to rely on my finals~
which reminds me...i haven't actually been studying much this semester~
not that i don't to~i can be quite a bookworm, mind you...
but uni life and college activities simply take up TOO MUCH of my precious time~
to the extent that when i reach my room~all i want to do is close my eyes n SLEEP.
Thank goodness there's such a thing called study week, haha~
Last min no doubt, but I've always been good at being last-min and all that~
it's how you study (think:strategy) not how long you spent mugging and not getting anything out of it~lolz~ ^^
at the library now...the beginning of my cramming days~at least till mid april.
wish me all the best yar!
P/S: Will be going to City Harvest Church together with Irene, Raven and the gang for Easter Celebrations! am looking forwad to it~The Last Messiah~here we come!! =)

TBGL V
TBGL (Towards Becoming a Genuine Leader) camp, the final RCSC (Residential College Student Council) is finally over! yesh!!!! ^^ 24 participants, 33 camp committee and we make one great team!
The camp was held in Teratak Riverview, Tanjung Malim which roughly about 2 hours drive from ukm. It's surprisingly near UPSI (Universiti Perguruan Sultan Idris) and I'm waaaaay glad I'm not there to study TESL! Lolz~the students there have to wear their matrix card wherever they go and NO JEANS (OMG!) allowed...haiz~skema betul~ nak buat camne kan? namanya pon universiti perguruan~so mestilah tunjuk example yg bagus!
First impression, Teratak Riverview sounded like some sort of hotel, or resort to me...but hell no i was seriously mistaken!! What turned out was a camp site located 20 minutes away from civilisation (Tanjung Malim town)~with no electricity from 7am-7pm and NO NETWORK COVERAGE at all! Which means no sms, no calls, no internet~walao eh~~~totally cut off from the outside world, LOL! >.< style="font-style: italic;">alas perut. He really thought of everything...including emergency situations like these. He later told us about himself~He was a UKM accounting graduate and had been working as a bank manager, accountant, police etc etc before becoming a camp site manager. He enjoys his work and impressed all of us with his vast knowledge of the forest.
After what seemed like a loooong, long wait. The rain ceased...and we started cooking again. While waiting for the cooking to be done, Mr Hakim kept us occupied with stories...later on, we had a creative performance where all participants had to present a sketch based on the theme given (romantic, action, fantasy etc). Everyone enjoyed themselves, even though we were all cold and hungry...we finally got to have our 'dinner' at 2++am in the morning (that means 6 WHOLE HOURS TO PREPARE DINNER, OMG!!!). I had lost my appetite by then~but ate a little so that I would have the energy to move later in the morning. Dinner was baked tapioca, bamboo chicken and bamboo rice. We all drank using our bamboo cups~and the water actually tasted of bamboo! Wonderfully refreshing~ ^^ perhaps we were too thirsty~hahaha~ I'm not sure about the other but i felt extremely grateful for the food...although the rice wasn't fully cooked and the chicken tasted somewhat bland...something to eat was better than nothing at all.
For my Muslim friends, it was an even more unique experience as it was their first time performing prayers in the jungle. I felt touched watching them pray together, and that reminded me about the importance of faith, to never forget that God is with us, wherever we are.
Spending a night in the jungle was most unforgettable because of the cold~it was so chilly that you could feel it in your bones! I was wearing 2 layers of clothing but that wasn't enough...moreover we were soaking wet...that added to the cold. I was lucky to have a sleeping bag with me (thanks to Jia Cheng~ ^-^) or else i would hv to sleep on the wet grass, near the fireside...some of my friends 'roasted' their shoes and socks beside the fire...that was a funny sight, haha!
We set off back to the camp site away from the jungle at 7 in the morning~thank God there was no more rivers to cross~ hihi~we took another route...and reached safe and sound, in one whole piece. =)
I arrived back to uni, totally exhausted~but didn't go to sleep immediately (although i initially planned to...) unpacked my stuff, had a banana for dinner and then went off with friends to ICAF (Inter-College Arts Festival) performance at Panggung Seni because we wanted to support our college~ then halfway I sneaked to DECTAR for the last choir practice of this academic session...to say farewell to the seniors as well as Eugene, who will be leaving us for a year or so to concentrate on his work which requires him to travel a lot. I will definitely be missing them, my dear choir mates~a precious part of my life in ukm...and I'm glad that despite getting less than 2 hours of sleep I survived the day by literally dragging my feet back to my room by 12 and dropped dead (asleep~) in bed. hahaha~
Am awake and alive and blogging~thank you God! ^^
what's left to do...
1) burn my assignments in my CD
2) complete video storyboard
3) Japanese listening and oral test
4) Literature assignment
5) study for the finals
Back to work, work, work....
